
Stephane Vander Bruggen - Triathlon Coach
About Stephane:
Stephane originates from Belgium, where he spent the first 27 years of his life before moving to Geelong in 2003. It is in Belgium through the influence of his parents that he fell in love with the sport of triathlon.
He is now a level 2 triathlon performance coach and has coached full time for the past 12 years.
Stephane is also a 5 times ITU World Champion, a sub 9h IM athlete, 7 times IM Kona qualifier and 6 times Australian champion. He got onto the 32GI nutrition this year and he is loving the range that allowed him to finish 2nd in his Age Group at IM Cairns this year. Train safe 🙂

What drives you to compete at an Elite level?
A natural competitor Stephane became a student of the sport, always searching for ways to give him an edge over his competition. This constant study and striving for improvement has naturally progressed into a passion for coaching triathlon and its individual disciplines.
